The TESHBC blade plough comes in a standard and deluxe model, both have been designed to get the job done with minimal setups and maintenance, The deluxe model has polymer incorporated in all high wear areas including coulter supports, pivot bushings and between the hinge joint and the attaching wing frame. Time consuming daily greasing routines have been eliminated due to the reduction of metal to metal wear points. The HBC features easily adjustable swivel linkages between the crank axle at each frame for easy and fast adjustments and leveling.

Frame leveling is critical to blade plough performance, but until now, leveling has been a difficult and complex task. TES incorporated swivel linkages between the crank axles at each frame in the HBC. There is now, no reason why a plough should go unadjusted. To adjust, simply release the locking bolt and start turning the link to a perfect level. A level plough pulls easier, levels better and enjoys even wear on its replacement blades.

TES has replaced the old type fabricated standard (had a tendancy for bending and twisting) with a pre-cast high strength cast steel which adds strength and stability to the entire standard assembly. The strong sculptured upper box-brace narrows to a streamlined shape to ensure mulch disturbance is kept to a minimum.

Easy adjustable hitch turnbuckle adjusts the plough from front to rear without the removal of bolts and use of wrenches.

The deluxe model is fitted with a phasing hydraulic ram per section eliminating the need for turnbuckles and allowing the operator to keep the machine level from the tractor cabin.

A stronger reinforced tongue and center frame provide longer life of the frames and built-in ability to resist roll-over forces.

Large rolling coulters allow more room for trash flow and provide longer intervals between replacement changes.

Individual wheel adjustments are standard in necessary locations to allow the HBC Blade Plough wheels to be adjusted individually for impressions made by the tractor tyres without changing the swivel links.

In line wheel placement lets the wheels and blade standards react together. The in line design prevents unevenness and buckling on challenged terrain.
